Story of Street currently ships across India.
We’re a new independent brand, and we’re working to make every order reach you safely and on time.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed.
During launches, sales, or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 7 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges apply to orders below ₹5,000.
- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹5,000.
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. All orders must be paid for online at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information through the contact details provided during checkout.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order. Story of Street may not be responsible for delays or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
