All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout.

Story of Street currently does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

We reserve the right to correct pricing or information errors.

5. SHIPPING

We currently ship across India.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days and are generally delivered within 7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times can vary because of courier delays, weather, remote locations, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Story of Street accepts returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds for eligible issues in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Customers should report damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different products within the timeframe specified in our Return & Refund Policy.

We may request photographs, videos, packaging information, order details, or other reasonable information to investigate a claim.
